eSUPPORT is started in 2007 by professionals, consultants and expert in their respective domain in legal, company laws, accounting, finance, taxation, intellectual property rights to share Indian knowledge to corporate clients in India as well as abroad. The concept of “knowledge sharing with technology support to enhance performance vis-à-vis economies on cost in certain back-office / support functions in global biz operations” by way of Outsourcing is here to stay and eSUPPORT is hereto be a part of this new industry having base at Mumbai, INDIA.

Management Team

- Mr. Jatin Popat

Jatin did his graduation in Commerce and Law and he did his post-graduation as Company Secretary with mastery in corporate laws. He did all his educational qualifications from Mumbai. He has served about two decades with organizations like banks, MNCs, foreign companies and Large Corporate for legal and corporate listing maters. Since 2004 Jatin runs his consultancy firm viz. JSP Associates which mainly provides outsourcing services to domestic corporate for legal matters and company law matters.

JSP Associates also provides professional advisory services for company setting up, joint venture, foreign direct investments, intellectual property rights registration/protection like Trademarks, Patent, Copyrights, Designs etc. JSP has successfully provided outsourcing services to about 100 domestic corporate clients for last 4 years relating to company laws, legal services and intellectual property rights.

Jatin is a Promoter Director of eSUPPORT and with his vast experience he actively contributes for corporate strategy, planning matters and improving efficiency with highest quality and lowest attrition.

- Mr. Deepak Kapadia

Deepak is graduate in Commerce, Economics and Law. He also acquired management qualification before he join with India’s largest financial institute where he served for about 25 years for various field of accounts, finance, banking, international funding etc. Deepak took his VRS to join corporate consulting space and for last 4 years he has served for many assignments in accounts, finance and advisory on real estate deals.

Deepak is a Promoter Director of eSUPPORT and contributes his rich experience as whole time director for accounting and financial outsourcing services. He also looks after operations of accounting.



- Mrs. Suvarna Pathare

Suvarna is Commerce graduate Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of extensive experience in the areas of Management Reporting, Accounts Finalization, Audits, Costing, Project Finance and Project reports, System studies and ERP implementations, Industry Benchmarking and Analysis, Transfer Pricing and International Taxation, Individuals and Professionals tax returns preparation. Suvarna has vast Industry experience in Topmost Indian Companies in the IT Software services sector, Manufacturing and Engineering sector, in the Corporate departments. Suvarna is now a freelance corporate consultant for finance, management and tax related advisory. At eSUPPORt, Suvarna heads Financial Analytics and FPO division.

- Ashish Dalvi

Ashish Dalvi is a practicing lawyer and joined eSupport recently. He did his post graduation in commerce and law degree from Mumbai. Ashish has experience of last five years in legal drafting, commercial contracts, appear before various courts like civil, criminal, consumer forum, DRT etc. Ashish looks after LPO services - domestic at eSupport.



Advisory Board:

eSUPPORT has support of experts in legal process, legal services, accounts and financial processes, intellectual property rights, engineers including IITs to handle specialized niche Knowledge Processes with international professional standards and quality with data confidentiality.

Infrastructure:

eSUPPORT is a started in 2007 and being start-up company presently has all functional and operational infrastructures like dedicated air-conditioned office for about 10 seats at Andheri (East), Mumbai, India with latest computer hardware, updated licensed software including westlaw and lexis-nexis, dedicated cable high-speed internet connection, back-up facility, crash site data confidentiality and safety systems, quality check .

eSUPPORT is in the process to set-up larger office with 40 seats at the end of 2008 in western suburb of Mumbai.
